SMACNA of San Diego offers Virtual Safety Training through 360training.com
ATTENTION SMACNA OF SAN DIEGO MEMBERS AND CONTRIBUTORS TO THE SHEET METAL INDUSTRY FUND OF SAN DIEGO
Did you know that SMACNA of San Diego will reimburse tuition expense for OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 HOUR OUTREACH TRAINING? It's true! Upon course completion, verified employees of SMACNA of San Diego member employers and employers who contribute to the Sheet Metal Industry Fund of San Diego will receive full reimbursement of OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Hour Training tuition! The same is true for verified eligible members of SMART Local 206 who are currently on the out-of-work list. Verification of employment is required prior to taking the course.
Note: please do not purchase the training for OSHA 10 AND OSHA 30, there is no need to take both. If you're not sure which course you need, check with your employer to see which course you need, OSHA 10 OR OSHA 30.

To receive tuition reimbursement upon completion of OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Training or Confined Space Entry Training for Construction, you must send an email to Tavia Brunner (tbrunner@sd-smacna.org) and let us know the name of your employer BEFORE you sign up. We'll verify whether or not you qualify and, if so, send a return email to notify you to take the course. Once we receive a copy of the completion certificate and your invoice, we'll send you a check.
Once you have completed the course, please email your invoice and completion certificate to tbrunner@sd-smacna.org and we will send you a reimbursement check at the address on your invoice.
SMACNA of San Diego's Virtual Training is powered by 360training.com, whose OSHA Outreach courses are accepted by OSHA. All student training activity will be documented. Students will receive a temporary certificate upon completing the course and an OSHA card within 4-6 weeks.
